Traceability for final assembly (RFID)

Challenge

For automotive manufacturers, final assembly traceability applications can prove to be challenging. RFID technology helps exchange data in an automotive plant to create a seamless process for parts delivery between tier suppliers and the automotive manufacturer. From the inbound logistics process to the material transport of workpieces to the assembly line, each step along the way is critical to capture.

The V780 highly functional integrated (controller, antenna) RFID system provides optimum communication between the reader and tags.
