Maintenance training for fixed robots in pick and place applications
The course covers an overview of different robot types; how they move and what are the actual limitations of the robots in terms of speed and load. Further there is an explanation on how to maintain and optimize the robotics application in ways of monitoring and improving the path the robot while it‘s handling the load. Focus is on the SCARA robot although most of the content applies to other types of robots as well.
After attending the course you’re able to:
- Distinguish different types of robots with their specific features
- Configure a robot hardware.
- Understand the coordinate system (XYZ) of the robot.
- Program a simple robot application by wizard.
