PLC introduction training (PL1)

This course is suitable for Engineers and Technicians who have no prior knowledge of PLCs and want to achieve a fundamental understanding of the Omron "C" Series.
A CP1L training kit can be purchased with the course at a price of R4,500.00 exclusive of VAT.
Requirements: Basic Computer Skills (BC1) / Computer literacy and Logic Systems (LS1).

The course covers the following material and is based on Omron's CX-Programmer:
- Introduction to Programmable Logic Controllers
- CJ1M PLC I/O Structure and Memory Areas
- Ladder and function block Circuit Design
- Programming of Basic circuits
- Practical programming examples
- Introduction to special functions
Dates are supplied on demand and are demand driven. Please Note: Demand driven courses require a minimum of 5 candidates. |
