Repair Process
|
Please follow these simple steps to repair your product.

1. Tell Omron what's wrong
If you need a repair, contact your local Omron branch and speak to a customer service consultant.
|
2. Repair authorisation
Omron will send you an acknowledgement of your request for a repair and, if applicable a quotation. Upon signed confirmation from you we will proceed with the repair.
If a cost is involved it is normally established at this point in time. If the product is under warranty, inspections and repairs do not carry any costs.

3. Drop off your product
Products in need of repair must be dropped off at your local Omron branch.
|
4. Collection of repaired product
Once your product has been repaired our friendly consultants will inform you that your repair is available for collection.
These repaired products carry a one year warranty on any replaced or repaired components. This is valid from the date of the repair.

5. Your repaired product
Your repaired and tested product, along with a repair report, is collected by you from your local Omron branch (where you dropped it off).
