Easy Vision - Teach & Go

The ZFV proves that vision sensors can be "teach&go". Parameter settings are available at the touch of a button. A smart user interface allows intuitive configuration using a built-in colour monitor. In Run-mode, the display gives live feedback showing results and images in real time.

The ZFV is being used to detect an object in a specific location within the field of view. In this case cakes in a tray, but this can be any object.

Eliminating faulty parts before they are used will save time in the process. It will also increase the quality of the product. The ZFV is counting the pins on the product to confirm presence.

The ZFV is using character recognition to detect the correct text is present on a label. This can be date codes or lot numbers or any specific information.

The ZFV is detecting the position of the cap on the bottle. Any bottle that does not have a closed cap will be detected and can be rejected from the line prior to packing.

The ZFV is using pattern recognition to confirm the label or orientation of the package. This can be used before further processes such as printing or labelling.
