Multiple inspections are possible with ZFX Easy Vision System

The ZFX vision sensor controller is an easy to use, teachable soft touch LCD controller system with multi-function and communication options.

ZFX Inspection
This vision system can do up to 128 inspections on one image/product. The following inspections can be done using this easy to use vision system:
- patterns
- edges
- measuring widths
- multi-colour areas
- defects
- brightness
- position
- counting
- angles
- grouping (sorting)
- labeling
- barcode reading (2D and normal code)
Data logging and screen calibration functionality is standard.

ZFX Communication
The standard communication utilised is:
- Ethernet
- RS232
- RS422
- USB
- parallel I/O and communication and a
- SD Card slot.
There is a RGB output that can be used for sending the screen image to another RGB compatible display. A console input is available should you wish to program remotely. Data logging and screen calibration functionality is standard. Reports can include collated data judgments, correlation, co-ordinates, angles, differences and much more.

The ZFX is available in two basic types:
- the one camera and
- the two camera types
Both types can be ordered in NPN or PNP, with or without a barcode facility. PNP is the most common type and can store a maximum of 1208 different product images if a SD card is utilised.
